REVVGAUGE Thermocouple Amplifier (Coming soon)
REVVGAUGE Thermocouple Amplifier (Coming soon)
Monitor EGT and exhaust temperatures on your REVVGAUGE with a ready-to-install thermocouple kit. The Thermocouple Amplifier includes a K-type thermocouple and an amplifier that converts it to a linear 0–5 V signal scaled for 0–1000 °C — install the probe, wire the amplifier to your gauge harness, and configure the channel in the app.
COMING SOON! Hoping will be available for next order.
📦 What’s included
- 1× K-type thermocouple — EGT / high-temperature probe for exhaust and similar applications
- 1× K-type thermocouple amplifier — converts thermocouple millivolts to a linear 0–5 V analog output (0–1000 °C)
Does not include a REVVGAUGE unit.
⚡ Why this kit
- Built for REVVGAUGE — 0–5 V linear output, compatible with REVVGAUGE analog inputs
- K-type thermocouple included — matched probe and amplifier in one kit
- 0–1000 °C range — scaled for exhaust gas and high-temperature monitoring
- Simple scaling — 0 V = 0 °C · 5 V = 1000 °C (5 mV per °C)
- Powered from the gauge — amplifier supply from REVVGAUGE pin 15
- Configure in the app — set up your linear temperature channel and scaling in the REVVGAUGE app

🔧 Installation
Install the included K-type thermocouple in your exhaust / EGT bung or suitable high-temperature location. Connect it to the amplifier’s thermocouple input, observing correct polarity (K+ / K−).
Wire the amplifier to your REVVGAUGE harness:
- OUT → an available AIN pin
- +5 V → pin 15
- GND → pin 14 GND
Use pre-crimped wires from your standard loom where needed. Configure the channel as a linear 0–5 V sensor in the REVVGAUGE app and set temperature scaling to 0 V = 0 °C and 5 V = 1000 °C.
Do not connect the K-type thermocouple directly to the gauge — always use the amplifier. Mount the amplifier away from extreme heat and exhaust components. Keep thermocouple wire runs as short and tidy as practical.
